The paper pulp pumps are the most comprehensive range of
centrifugal slurry pumps for use in mining, chemical, mineral
processing and general industry applications. The horizontal paper
pulp pumps are designed for heavy duty applications such as mill
discharge, power sector and tailings as well as specialty
applications, which are used for continuous pumping of high
abrasive, high density slurry.
Features:
1. Use coupling. Under the circumstance of not disassembling the
pump’s import and export, impeller, back wear-resisting plate and
bearing bracket can be disassembled and assembled.
2. Reduce the pressure of shaft seal to reduce the leak to a
minimum.
3. High efficiency: efficiency is 75-85%, which reduces the
supporting power of the motor, so the energy-saving effect is
remarkable
4. Long service life: the impeller of the pump impeller is
comprised of two back-to-back single suction impellers, so it won't
produce axial force at work. In addition, the bearings are on both
sides of the shaft, and they are lubricated by grease. It adopts
labyrinth seal with no contact and no wear to protect the bearings.
Application:
For pumping waste water with fiber and suspended solids
The waste water temperature shall be less than 80°C
The pump is particularly suitable for discharging waste water and
feces in mill, municipality and mine
The pump is not suited to the waste water which is rich in acid,
alkali and others fluid which may be corrosive to metal.
