The pump is according with technological requirements of pulping,
paper-making, chiefly used for transporting the wood pulp of
concentration below 6%, at the same time, it also to transport the
syrup, starch, chemical slurry, industrial sewage, etc. Due to
special geometric shapes of the rotor and the stator, several
separate seal cavities come into being respectively.
Features:
1. This kind of pump is single stage single suction Volute
centrifugal pump. According to its design process, the impeller,
back plate, back pump cover, shaft seal and frame of the bearing
all can be a drawing component to install and dismantle. There is
no need to take apart the inspiratory conveying pipes.
2. The impellers adopt the three impeller (or six impellers) open
impellers. It is high efficiency and need not the axial thrust
compensating and easy to maintain.
3. Structure combing the heavy load cylindrical roller bearing and
angular contact ball bearing.
4. The type of the shaft seal are standard single mechanical seal,
tandem mechanical seal, two mechanical seal, packing seal, dynamic
seal, and consumer could choose according to their real needs.
5. Bearing lubrication adopts grease lubrication and oil
lubrication, which can be chosen by the consumers.
6. The impellers adopt lost wax casting and dynamic balance
verifying.
7. The flow passage components material are cast iron, cast steel,
common stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, which can be chosen
by the customers.
